Job Description

Future VC empowers individuals from underrepresented backgrounds in venture capital, providing them with the skills, experience, and industry connections to succeed. Launched in 2018, we offer a 6-12 month, paid fellowship with top VC funds, designed to help participants build sustainable careers in venture capital.

Please note that the fellowship program does require at least a year of experience in VC, CVC or PE.

Programme Dates

Masterclasses & Developmental Sessions: Starting February 2025, these 2-3 hour weekly sessions will cover the essentials of Venture Capital, KPIs, and key terminology, preparing you for the fellowship.

Fellowship: A 6-12 month fellowship begins next summer (we have flexible start dates).

Locations

The fellowships are based in multiple locations. You can mark you prefered locations in the Application form.

Key Components of the Program

Masterclasses: Led by industry experts, covering financial modelling, fund operations, impact investing, and more. Expect 2-3 hours of interactive learning per week.

Mentorship: Personalized guidance from experienced VC professionals, offering practical advice and industry insights.

Career Opportunities: Access to paid positions and job openings in VC.

Soft Skills Development: Training in networking, interview preparation, and career readiness.

Compensation

The fellowships are fully paid.

This program is open to anyone who has started their journey of breaking in to VC and already have some experience. You should also apply if you are:

Eligibility

Applicants should have at least one year of (any) work experience and a genuine interest in pursuing a VC career. You must also have the right to live and work in one of the following countries: UK, US, France, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden.
