Job Description
Job title: Supply Chain Analyst
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Demand Planning Manager
Salary: A competitive salary is available plus great company benefits
Location: Flexible hybrid working, Farringdon location
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
The Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst with a passion for demand planning and a talent for collaboration. In this role, you'll support our business by working closely with the wider Supply Chain Team to forecast demand and manage key customer relationships across our entire customer base. You’ll play a crucial part in our S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, helping to drive our growth.
A key focus of the role will be working alongside our DACH commercial team and customers, so fluency in German is essential. Your ability to communicate seamlessly with our DACH stakeholders will be key to ensuring effective partnerships and smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams to maintain an accurate 18-month rolling forecast for Little Moons' SKUs and customers, ensuring accuracy measures are met and continuously improved.
Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and analyse promotional volumes to develop and adjust forecasts.
Establish strong working relationships with key customers in the DACH region, fostering a collaborative approach to forecasting for mutual benefit.
Support Collaborative forecasting for key events by working with Customer’s supply chain teams.
Maximize customer service levels by effectively liaising with the production planning team and monitoring the daily forecast and demand performance.
Provide input to supply planning by developing inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
Assist the Demand Planning Manager in creating, developing, and implementing enhanced demand planning reports and processes as the business evolves.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of demand planning systems and software to support robust forecasting and planning activities.
Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts and business objectives.
Contribute to the business’ Sustainability strategy by delivering your Brighter Future Sustainability objectives
Essential Requirements:
Eye for detail and highly organised
German language skills (professional working proficiency) - this is essential
Strong Excel skills
A proactive approach to problem solving
Analytical and comfortable working with large data sets
Excellent communication skills and able to manage internal and external stakeholders
Collaborative team player eager to contribute and grow in a supply chain role.
