Job Description

BUCS has an exciting opportunity to lead on the internationally recognised FA Universities Women’s Leadership programme in the role of Football Development Manager (Workforce and Leadership). 

Alongside managing key relationships with the wider membership and relevant stakeholders the post will also support the Football Accredited Universities model.  The post holder will play a key role in guiding BUCS on the ongoing development and evolution of The FA and BUCS 3-year strategic plan whilst having a clear focus on raising the profile of BUCS Football across Higher Education.

As the Football Development Manager (Workforce & Leadership), you will need to enjoy working as a team, proactively, at a fast pace and be passionate about the power of sport to significantly contribute to the experience of students and staff within our Higher Education member institutions. 

This is a fixed term role in line with our current contract with the FA until July 2024.
