Job title: BSGE Administrator
Salary: £13,744 - £15,140 pa (£22,906-25,234 pa pro-rata)
Contract: part time, 21 hours per week
Location: BSGE c/o RCOG, 10-18 Union Street, London, SE1 1SZ and Hybrid
About the role
We are seeking two individuals with proven experience of organising and managing day-to-day administration for a busy specialist society based at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), supporting and working with BSGE Manager.
The British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy is a specialist society based at the RCOG. BSGE exists to improve standards, promote training and encourage the exchange of information in minimal access surgery techniques for women with gynaecological problems. The society has over 1600 members, including specialist nurse practitioners, GP’s, gynaecological consultants and their trainees.
About you
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
· Experience of day to day running of the office including membership operations.
· Deal with officers, council member and members via emails, phone and face-to-face and taking messages.
· Experience in organising and supporting face-to-face and virtual in-house meetings, workshops and webinars.
