Head of Partnerships and Placements
Frontline
- Closing: 9:00am, 1st Sep 2020 BST
Job Description
Your role is to lead a team to sustain and secure partnerships with local authorities (LAs) and children’s trusts, to develop and support 600+ Fellows (alumni) annually. This is directly linked to achieving Frontline’s organisational objective of having 4,000 impactful Fellows by 2025, who will create social change for children without a safe or stable home.
This is a new team as historically partnerships have been secured from within regional delivery teams. We have been refining our approach and offer to partners over the past 12 months and are now looking for a Head of Partnerships and Placements to lead the new team. The new Head will manage the Partnership and Placement Managers (PPMs) as they take sole responsibility for securing partnerships, while the Delivery Team focus on participant experience and programme quality. The Head of Partnerships and Placements will work closely with the Heads of Delivery in order to secure high-quality placements and ensure targets are met. Additionally they will play an active role within Frontline’s Leadership Group.
