Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a CRM Business Partner to manage our CRM, and act as a point of contact for our CRM users, co-ordinate technical support requests and work to identify solutions within the CRM to support business processes and inform on our strategic objectives.
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual who can manage our supporter and volunteer database, Blackbaud CRM, supporting our fundraising and communication strategy, volunteer management operations.
You will manage, develop, and maintain our CRM and help to provide vital insight to support our charity’s strategic objectives. This will involve continuously evaluating and developing of the CRM to ensure best in class data management practices as well as supporting teams with technological solutions to continually improve our charity’s ability to support our Armed Forces community.
About the team
The CRM Business Partner reports to the Head of Supporter Experience and Data Management, but also works alongside key stakeholder groups in Volunteer Operations, Fundraising and Marketing.
About you
To carry out this role successfully you will have experience of managing CRM products, ideally Blackbaud CRM. You’ll also need to have strong communication and engagement skills with an appreciation of how to approach and influence stakeholders.
You will have experience of producing CRM insights for retention, acquisition, segmentation and engagement; and great analytical skills to identify and communicate findings.
You’ll also have experience of training CRM users, creating and maintaining a suite of accessible and impactful resource guides.
