Job Description
We’re seeking a talented, outcome focussed and proactive Salesforce CRM Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in advancing the organisations goals in relation to Responsible Investment by managing and maintaining our CRM solution, ensuring optimal performance, supporting users and driving continual improvement to meet our business needs.The person will work closely with the CRM Manager, and partner with all areas of the business providing guidance, support and development of standardised CRM practises.The work will be based primarily in the London office and time zone (currently with flexible working), and candidates will work and accommodate our international colleagues.Core Responsibilities:
Partnering with all teams across the business to determine requirements, making recommendations and delivering outcomes that meet needs and align with Salesforce best practise.
Configure, maintain and promote core Salesforce features, including email-to-case, service cloud, automations, lightning record pages, field layouts and record types.
Commit to continual improvement and innovation, championing new features and determining candidates for rollout across the business.
Configuration and management of CRM solution environments, including development and testing environments.
Act as the first point of contact for CRM requests, including incident management and small change, triaging requests and support users
Manage the workload for, and mentor junior administrators and manage and direct supplier workload
Follow a structured change management process, developing and releasing incidents and project development to a regular release cycle, ensuring regular interaction with users and providing ongoing support.
Manage user accounts, roles and permissions across the CRM ecosystem.
Manage data uploads, develop core reports and dashboards, support users with their reporting and dashboard requests.
Drive education, awareness and adoption through partnering, training, onboarding.
Person Specification
Mandatory Criteria
Well-developed people management skills, with a particular emphasis on customer service and business partnering
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model and declarative capabilities
Salesforce Administrator (certified) with a proven track record of working as a solo administrator or in a very small, admin team in both classic and lightning
Significant experience of supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills - You will be working with our internal customers daily, so must have the ability to explain complex, technical solutions and problems to our customers in a language they can understand. You will also have the ability to conduct effective presentations and training sessions
A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others & committed to fostering an inclusive environment
Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, work with others to creatively resolve issues
Demonstrates a commitment to developing others and a growth mindset, actively pursuing continuous profession and personal development
Demonstrable experience across a broad range of tasks as a Salesforce administrator, in an organisation of above 100 users
Excellent networking, relationship management and interpersonal skills and experience of building strong and productive relationships
Ability to work independently, prioritise their own work, manage expectations and demonstrate control over their workload.
Non-Mandatory Criteria
Multiple Salesforce qualifications
Financial Services domain expertise preferred
Several years’ experience with driving AI within Salesforce, improving efficiency and increasing revenue opportunities
Demonstrable experience with Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud
Knowledge of data management best practices, including data cleansing, data loads, and data migration both day to day and as part of projects is highly desirable
Demonstrable project management skills, with experience in delivering multiple small projects and BAU activities in parallel. This may include organising and negotiating with others that are outside of your team
Language skills, other than English
