We are now searching for a Manager of our Asia Pacific Community (“Manager”). The Manager will serve as the Relationship Manager for all of Unreasonable’s Asia Pacific-based (APAC) entrepreneurs across our fellowship and oversee the region as a whole understanding the general ecosystem across ventures, funders, partners, and influencers. In addition, the Manager will support across APAC entrepreneur selection, regional investor relations management, as well as pre-programme onboarding and support when applicable. The Manager will report directly to our Director of Global Community and work closely with our Director of Investor Relations as well as the broader Venture Selection Team. This is an exciting, multifaceted role balancing a number of dynamics and responsibilities. Serve as the Relationship Manager and key point of contact for all APAC-based entrepreneurs across our fellowship. Currently, there are 48 APAC-based entrepreneurs, with about 20 being added each year.
Share “check-in calls” three times a year with all APAC-based entrepreneurs to understand how the Unreasonable community can best be of continued support to them.
Collect the ongoing fundraising needs of all APAC-based entrepreneurs.
Manage Annual Data Report collection across our APAC-based entrepreneurs
Facilitate peer-to-peer digital coaching circles, that we call “Unreasonable Groves,” with all Asia-based entrepreneurs interested in participating.
Organize and facilitate digital brainstorming sessions, that we call “Braintrusts,” for APAC-based entrepreneurs when the need arises.
Monitor all requests for support from APAC entrepreneurs and direct those requests to the relevant member of the Unreasonable team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of growth-equity investors across Asia.
Identify, attend, and at times develop world-class events and workshops that drive value to our APAC-based entrepreneurs.
Work with our Venture Selection team to identify new ventures across Asia to participate in future Unreasonable initiatives and lead on the outreach to these ventures.
Help develop a community of world-class mentors across Asia.
Support in the facilitation of the Unreasonable Impact Asia Pacific Programme annually.
Collaborate with our partner institutions to create world-class intimate gatherings within their communities that drive value to our entrepreneurs in APAC.
Work with the Unreasonable Media Team to collect and highlight press hits of APAC entrepreneurs.
Work with the Unreasonable Programs Team to organize and facilitate our annual global gatherings.

July 1st: Application goes live.
July 16th: Your application is due.
July 22nd - 24th: If you are invited to the next round of the process, we will schedule a 20 minute phone call with you.
July 25th - 31th: We will give select applicants a small “trial project” representative of the type of work associated with this position. Though we will give you 6 days to finish your "trial project," it should only take a few hours to complete.
August 5th - 9th: Assuming both of us want to continue exploring the potential of working together, we'll fly you out to London, to meet with our team.
August 12th - 14th: We will conduct background checks and reference checks on the two to three most compelling applicants for this position.
August 16th: Assuming you made it through the reference checks, you will be notified whether or not the position is yours.
September 1st (or earlier): Ideally, those accepted will be able to join the company full time no later than September 1st, 2019. That said, we’ll work with the finalist to ensure a timeline that fits their transition needs.
