Job Description
Little Moons has rapidly established mochi, and snacking ice cream, across Europe. In 2024 we generated more than £60m revenue, and in 2025 we continue to drive towards double digit growth. Our rollout has been pioneered by sister and brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, who founded Little Moons in 2010. The product’s roots are in high-end restaurants, but over the last five years retail packs have swept the ice cream category in grocery and food service.
Recently, we have achieved Certified B Corporation, which reflects our strong commitment to balancing profit and purpose. This certification means we are part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact, reinforcing our dedication to making a meaningful difference.
We are very proud of the culture that we have built at Little Moons. Not to stroke our own egos, but we are a great bunch of people—smart, passionate, interesting, and funny—who work hard to support and live our values, all the while keeping our mission in our forethoughts.
At the heart of everything we do is our vision: ✨to pioneer a revolution in little treats that reward the open-minded✨
The Role:
Picture this... In 2021, Little Moons racked up a jaw-dropping 23 million views on TikTok. Spotting us in the supermarket became the trend, and thanks to that wild moment, we’ve built a brilliant online community that’s helped shape who we are today.
Fast forward to now, the digital world has shifted, the TikTok algorithm keeps us on our toes, and we're ready to shake things up again. We're on the hunt for someone bursting with ideas, energy and love for internet culture to continue connecting with our fans and expanding our community worldwide, bringing a whole new wave of Little Moons lovers into the mix.
If creating scroll-stopping content and building loyal social followings is your thing… this might just be your dream job.
Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll help shape and deliver our social strategy across the UK and international markets. Partnering with our top-tier social media agency, you’ll stay plugged into culture and trends, creating content that connects with our audience while staying true to the unordinary world of Little Moons.
What You Will Do:
Develop and Execute Social Strategy – Alongside the Head of Brand Marketing and Agency, lead the social media vision, ensuring impactful and engaging content across key platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok
Drive Engagement & Growth – Collaborate closely with the team to develop and implement the TikTok strategy, with a focus on doubling engagement (≥100%) and expanding brand presence across the UK, Australia, and the Middle East
Tracking and Analysis - Use social listening, insights, and analytics to inform content strategy, optimise performance, and drive brand growth
Campaign, Stakeholder & Agency Management – Take the lead in managing and executing best-in-class social-first campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and leading agencies
Lead of the Partnership & Influencer Strategy – onboard and foster game-changing influencers and brand partnerships that elevate brand consideration and engagement
About You:
You’re a TikTok enthusiast who loves experimenting with trends and creating content
You have solid experience in social media marketing—agency or client side. If client side, you’re used to working closely with agency partners.
Experience in the food and drink space? That’s a BIG plus!
You’re confident using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or other editing tools to create standout visuals and videos.
You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in keeping content polished and on-brand.
You can take an idea and run with it, bringing concepts to life quickly and creatively.
You’re excited by the pace, energy and opportunity of working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business.
Experience with paid social campaigns is a bonus, but not essential.
Some of the benefits of working here include:

To be engaged, you must feel included and valued, so we have built, and nurtured, a culture where inclusiveness is not a buzzword, but a way of being.
