• Provide support to colleagues with using Microsoft applications such as Outlook and SharePoint.
• Provide IT setup, induction and basic training for new colleagues.
• Raise incidents, service requests, changes and problems with IT equipment, gathering appropriate details to aid in troubleshooting and resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and service requests in a timely manner.
• Install approved software, and provide basic application support and user training.
• Manage the ordering, distribution and maintenance of office desktops, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices, liaising with third-party suppliers as necessary.
• Manage the inventory of hardware and monitor stock levels.
• Arrange safe disposal / recycling of old equipment, following WEEE regulations.
• Support the IT team with the delivery of the IT roadmap and various related projects.
• Communicate to office colleagues regarding outages, updates and other important IT-related information.
• Promote the aims and objectives of the ABI and help secure the outcomes and deliverables set out in the ABI Business Plan.
• Undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required by the ABI.

• Confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and manage expectations effectively.
