Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 + excellent benefits, including 27 days holiday, 2:1 pension (up to 12% employer contribution), plus many more
Location: Hybrid with an expectation to attend our London office approximately once per week
Did you know that there are at least 20m people in the UK in vulnerable financial circumstances, who are poorly served or unfairly excluded from mainstream financial services?
That’s nearly a third of all adults in the UK.
We are Fair4All Finance. We are a not-for-profit organisation working with Financial Services providers to improve the financial wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing access to fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services.
We are continuing our work following our latest round of funding, and as a result we are now seeking a Communications & Content Associate to help deliver our Strategic Engagement and Communications plan and support system change across the UK financial services sector.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our communications activity. You will create engaging, high-quality content that strengthens our influence with mainstream banks, regulators, policymakers and community finance organisations. You’ll help translate complex financial inclusion insights into clear, compelling communications that inspire awareness and action.
Working within a small, ambitious communications team, you will play a vital role in raising the profile of Fair4All Finance and supporting our mission to improve financial wellbeing for the 20 million people in financially vulnerable circumstances across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver high-quality content aligned to Fair4All Finance’s strategic engagement plan.
Produce a wide range of written materials including blogs, articles, case studies, briefings, reports and press content.
Maintain and grow Fair4All Finance’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X and Bluesky.
Manage and maintain a forward content calendar, coordinating input from across the organisation.
Support the development and optimisation of website content, including monitoring performance and suggesting improvements.
Support media engagement, monitoring coverage and identifying opportunities to raise awareness of our work.
Assist in the delivery of stakeholder events and maintain accurate stakeholder and CRM records.
Measure and evaluate communications activity, providing insight to improve reach, engagement and impact.
Essential experience & qualifications:
Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
Experience creating content for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
Strong understanding of digital engagement and social media performance.
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working with designers or creative partners.
Desirable experience
Experience in a communications, PR or media role.
Exposure to media relations and securing coverage.
Understanding of how communications supports organisational strategy.
Knowledge of UK financial services or financial inclusion.
Experience working with partners, influencers or ambassadors.
Digital marketing or analytics experience.

Founded in 2019, we are funded from the Dormant Assets Scheme. The scheme is led by the financial industry and backed by the UK government. This makes it possible for money in dormant bank and building society accounts to be used to help good causes.
