The Green Party of England and Wales is recruiting two Campaign Organisers to help deliver an ambitious and successful campaign programme across London. 

Working closely with the London Staff team, local campaign teams, volunteers, candidates and elected representatives, the postholder will play a key role in building campaign capacity, coordinating volunteers and supporting the delivery of effective local election campaigns. Through strong organisation, relationship building and practical campaign support, the role will help turn local enthusiasm into well-planned, high-impact campaigning activity. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving tangible results. The successful candidate will be proactive, well organised and able to build positive relationships with a wide range of volunteers and stakeholders, helping to create an engaged and effective campaigning community across London.

Previous employment within party politics is not essential; we recognise that opportunities to gain professional political campaigning experience are limited and encourage applications from people who can demonstrate the skills, behaviours and commitment required to succeed in the role.
