Job Description
We’re looking for a VP Operations to lead and scale our customer operations
Our customer operations team is at the heart of everything we do at Habito. They’re the mortgage experts, customer success team, and case managers who help our customers find and apply for a mortgage, and support them through the process of buying their homes.
As our VP Operations, you'll work closely with our tech leadership to create a best in class customer experience. You'll help us radically scale our operations. You’ll develop and grow a team of managers. And you'll build a positive, engaged and customer-focused culture in operations and beyond.
You don't need to have experience in mortgages, that's something you can pick up while you're here. If you can bring us experience in leadership, scaling and strategy – and the ambition to make a real difference – we’d love to hear from you.
More about what you’ll do:
Set the vision and strategy for operations at Habito - Create a forward-looking customer operations strategy that helps Habito grow, scale and succeed. Work in close partnership with our product, engineering and design leadership and teams to align your strategy and work.
Lead our operational teams - Coach and develop heads of departments with care and empathy. Empower and support them in their own management of others. Help them develop their own data, processes, people management, and coaching skills.
Champion great customer service - Drive an exceptional customer service culture, in operations and beyond. Keep pushing for better customer experiences. Put customers at the heart of everything you do.
Champion constant progress - Inspire a culture of continuous improvement. Make and test assumptions. Use data and analytics to keep us on the right track, and to prioritise and drive change.
Communicate across Habito - Communicate a compelling vision of the future in a way that resonates with people. Bring people at all levels of Habito along for the ride.
