The answers are then anonymised, chunked, randomised, and reviewed by team members.
The platform also asks some demographic questions before you start your application. We only see summary statistics to help us check if our candidate pool is balanced and if everyone has an equal chance to get hired irrespective of their background. If you prefer, you can easily opt out of answering these questions.
Once we have anonymously reviewed your answers, you will be contacted via email within 2 weeks with either an invitation to an interview or an email explaining why you did not receive an invite to an interview based on our review.
We understand that candidates come from a variety of backgrounds and may have differing levels of access to resources and support networks.
To democratise the application process, we acknowledge and accept the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools by candidates when preparing their application responses. We believe that AI tools can offer support and resources, particularly to those who may not have access to extensive personal or professional networks. This approach aligns with our commitment to equity, providing all candidates with an opportunity to showcase their skills and potential in a more balanced and fair manner.
However, we encourage candidates to use these tools responsibly and ethically, ensuring that the final submission is reflective of their own thoughts, experiences, and capabilities. Our assessment process is designed to evaluate the unique qualities and skills of each individual, and we value authenticity and honesty in the responses we receive.
Whether you are successful for this role or not, we will store your application and data in our system for a max period of one year from the application date in case another role becomes available that you are suitable for.
