Job Description

This is a new role for Working Families, reflecting the increased volume of high quality, compelling content we are producing as a team. The Copywriting and Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating excellent copy for all our key audiences and working with teams across the organisation to make sure that the events and publications we produce reach the widest possible audience. This role will write, manage, and administer a pipeline of content to be used on all our channels, including website, blogs, social posts, campaign resources, fundraising content, and publications. On fundraising content, this role will work closely with the Fundraising Manager. This role will also lead work to engage, support and place case studies of working parents and carers with the media work of the organisation.

This role is managed by the Head of Marketing & Communications and sits within the small Marketing & Communications team, working to build the brand of the charity, support other teams’ work and reach as wide an audience as possible with our services.
