Job Description

The Role:

As the Display Director at Incubeta you will be coming into the business in a new role to build and define our company approach to programmatic branding campaigns, from scratch.

You will be joining a company that is passionate and eager to grow our Programmatic department. We are open to all new ideas and suggestions to make this happen - we want you to be the expert here! Over the 6 month contract you will define our approach to branding and work with the Media and Commercial teams to set the framework for rolling this out. Once defined, we’d like you to introduce this to new prospects to really bolster our programmatic offering. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing with a big focus on the programmatic space. We need someone who is excited to take on this project and really make their own mark on the company and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

You will…

  • Join the business to build a new approach to branding campaigns to help boost our programmatic offering

  • Build out a clear framework for the team to use for future branding activity

  • Advise our Leadership team on how our proposition is viewed in the market and the required steps we need to take to change this.

  • Work closely with our commercial team to introduce our approach to new prospects

  • Train the team on the new approach to ensure they are up to speed and can continue the great work after the 6 months

  • Work with the media buying teams for them to bring your ideas to life

  • Work with the other departments of the company to integrate all our services into our programmatic branding approach. 

About You:

  • You have a background in Programmatic, handling branding budgets 

  • You have the entrepreneurial spirit to build an approach from scratch 

  • You are confident in engaging with senior stakeholders 

  • You are persuasive and have strong storytelling skills

  • You have a commercial mindset and feel comfortable advising clients on their marketing activity 

  • You have good communication and presentation skills

Salary

Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path.  We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.

Learning and Development
