Do you have proven experience of working in bids and fundraising? Are you experienced in supporting the submission of large funding proposals?
We're looking for someone with the ability to take ownership of projects to join the team as Development Senior Associate. You'll be responsible for efficiently and effectively supporting the work of the Development team to diversify our income across multiple funding streams.
As a key member of the Development team, you will work across all parts of the proposal process to contribute to responses to tenders, grants and funding applications, from assessing opportunities all the way through to the submission of bids and funding proposals.
We would like you to:
Support the team to identify and pursue funding opportunities across all income streams.
Manage a portfolio of funders.
Use strong written communication skills to support the delivery of funder bids, applications, proposals and EOIs, delivering high-quality content and materials to secure funding.

Support the team with internal reports by using information management processes to report to different stakeholders and internal governance.
Reporting to the Development Associate Director, you'll play a role in cross-team collaboration and raising the profile of the team in internal platforms, including the intranet, the team’s knowledge hub, and other internal forums.
