Job Description
We are recruiting a senior consultant to strengthen our expertise in battery energy storage systems (BESS). You will contribute to technical advisory projects, due diligence, and strategic support for developers, investors, and financial institutions.
Package: A competitive basic salary related to your experience, plus pension scheme, annual profit share and route into company ownership.

Main Responsibilities:
Technical due diligence: Assessment of BESS projects (technology, design, contracts, financial model, etc.) for acquisitions or financing.
Project support: Advising project developers from design through commissioning.
Site visits: Participation in testing, construction monitoring, quality control, and stakeholder interface.
Business development: Active involvement in client relationships, identifying opportunities, and preparing proposals.
Project management: Leading complex projects as project manager or project director.
Essential skills and qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent (Master’s level).
8+ years of experience in the energy sector, ideally in technical consulting.
Good understanding of renewable energy projects and the role of storage.
In-depth knowledge of energy markets and aggregation.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous experience in renewables as a project manager, asset manager, operations manager or developer.
Experience in batteries within a developer or integrator environment.
Skills in auditing, contracts, M&A, project finance or supply chain.
Proficiency in other European languages.
Personal Qualities:
Autonomy, initiative, and sense of responsibility.
Comfortable in a dynamic, non-hierarchical, entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to collaborate with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
