The organisation and opportunity

ImpactEd Group exists to support our partners to make better decisions. We believe in putting high-quality data and evidence into the hands of system leaders and social impact organisations to drive better decision making, better allocation of resources and ultimately, better outcomes. Since being founded in 2017, ImpactEd has worked with thousands of schools and hundreds of organisations, serving more than a quarter of a million pupils annually.

This role sits within our Evaluation unit, which helps schools, Trusts and education organisations to better measure and act on their impact. The Head of Partnership Development will lead the development of new partnerships with schools and Trusts, helping support our growth ambitions across the education sector. The role will directly engage schools and Trusts, including generating new business through presentations, events and networks, as well as design and deliver innovative campaigns to help us reach new partners. It will also contribute to team strategy and direction and the development of a strong culture in our school partnerships team.

For someone with a deep understanding of the education sector, a good commercial sense and ambition to lead our school sales and marketing processes, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the direction of a fast-growing social enterprise.

About You

We are looking for someone with a clear vision for how to build new relationships with schools and Trusts, particularly in relation to digital tools and use of data. This requires a strong awareness of the education sector, experience in sales and business development and interest in our mission. Partnerships will be key to what you do, so you will be passionate about relationship building, managing delivery and growing our network. You should be enthusiastic about research and use of data and evidence in education, and committed to our overall social mission.

Why us?

You would be joining a dynamic social enterprise with opportunities for significant development and progression in line with organisational growth. We invest in professional development, including an external mentor for every staff member, an individual CPD budget, and formal and informal training and support. We are committed to supporting mental wellbeing, and provide access to services including free health advice and access to therapy.
