We are looking to grow our talented team of transport mystery shopping specialists and looking for a Graduate Research Executive to support the success of our dedicated transport industry team and the wider Channel Performance team in terms of building the relationships with clients’ businesses, adding value and delivering impact from our mystery shopping programmes.

YOUR ROLE:


As a Graduate Research Executive, you will be joining our specialist transport industry team working on live commercial projects, supporting one of our largest mystery shopping programmes for one of our biggest clients. The team take a very ‘hands on’ approach to the management of each mystery shopping project which means being intimately involved with all project processes from data collection, though data processing, data quality and reporting. The management and ongoing improvement of these processes forms a big part of what we do. In this role, you will:

  • Work with your team to design and deliver research projects from inception to delivery

  • Work closely with our Data Processing, Operations and mystery shopper teams to manage the project data flow and ensure all data is of the highest standard.

  • Be responsible for day-to-day management of the project data flow. This requires you to carry out crucial data quality checks, resolve queries from the various teams, analyse and set actions based key performance indicators.

  • Ensure all project documentation is updated, including process documents and mystery shopper training materials such as questionnaires and mystery shopper instructions.

  • Analyse large data sets, carrying out quality checks and pulling out the key insights to help the project deliver real impact to our clients.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly PowerPoint and Excel outputs for each project and support the team in checking outputs from across our other projects.

  • Support in the delivery of training to our mystery shopper team via Teams and face-to-face.
