The HR Coordinator role reports into the Chief Operating Officer.

What you'll be doing:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintaining employee records, generating of contracts and other HR paperwork as needed
Overseeing our performance review process
Administering and reporting on engagement surveys
Acting as first point of contact for leave and pay-related queries
Leave reconciliation and fortnightly payroll process
Providing support for training and development within the business
Maintaining all employment-related policies
Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety considerations and compliance needs are met
Other project-related work as required
