  • Primary lead in creating high-quality analysis and impact reporting to actively enable the development, improvement, and innovation within services.

  • Working in collaboration with Programme Leads and Delivery Partners, to provide an aggregated and consistent representation of programme statistics; analysing data to make recommendations to help optimise programme success and services.

  • Identifying areas for data quality improvement; areas for enhancements in both BOP and Delivery Partner systems and processes; reporting on patterns, trends, and root causes to challenges; presenting findings in regularly report format for various stakeholder groups.

  • Being accountable for analysing and updating volumetric and impact-based assumptions and actuals; exploring, patterns and anomalies in BOP data and systems, and producing meaningful insight for colleagues to improve programme impact in delivering positive social outcomes.

  • Working in collaboration with colleagues across BOP to represent project meetings and wider forums to represent Programme team.

  • Collaborate with impact analysts of other BOP projects to create an integrated view of outcomes achieved across projects and share learnings.

  • Supporting Programme Manager / Programme Director and delivery more broadly across all operational / project management needs, including building relationships and coordination of team activities.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience using Saleforce is essential, alongside at least Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.

  • A genuine passion to drive social change: We are constantly searching for new ways to change the status quo.

  • Excellent attention to detail and intellectual thoroughness who will demonstrate the ability to lead on impact and value creation.

  • Proven excel skills and an ability to present complex data in a simple format.

  • Ability to deliver more than people expect: We believe more is possible than the current system is achieving, and we need to demonstrate this in practice. This requires tenacity and optimism.

  • Ability to think differently: We will not succeed by copying existing models or structures. Our projects and investments all require the team to think through each problem from first principles and find the most effective and efficient new solution in each case. This requires logic, analytical precision, and a willingness to question assumptions. It also requires the desire to work in a dynamic environment, along with the ability to be solutions-focused and work in a small team.

  • Ability to build and maintain trust: We aim for the edge of what we believe is possible, from ourselves and our partners; this can only be achieved through mutual trust. Everything we do must be open to scrutiny and full transparency. This requires excellent interpersonal skills and absolute integrity.

What we offer

  • The role will offer an opportunity to share learnings across the impact analyst team with the potential to work across projects. We are also committed to developing you and will work with you to support you with your personal and career development plans.

  • We are committed to the culture of learning and have regular learning opportunities within the team where we all come together as a team to learn more about other projects across the portfolio and learn more about impact investment.

  • We are a flexible employer and we will support you to ensure you achieve a healthy, happy work-life balance.

  • You will be joining an incredibly dedicated, vibrant, dynamic and talented team of people who are deeply passionate about services which improve people’s lives and public sector reform.
