Our Senior Engineers are an integral part of our operations teams and are key to the successful delivery of our projects.

The Senior Engineer takes responsibility in the achievement of the Carey Quality Standards, adhering to robost QITP, QA and QC procedures, they undertake and review QA/QC duties inline with the project requirements.

The role includes managing parts of the construction project, providing expert technical advice, nurturing and developing both our Assistant and Trainee Site Engineers, supervision and coaching of staff on-site and ensuring that works are completed on time and within budget.

Higher level qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Structural Engineering

· M.I.C.E – desirable/ AMICE / IEng

· CSCS / IOSH / SMSTS

· Temporary Works Coordinator

· Technically competent / Effective problem solver / Team Player, Methodical proactive planner.

· Ability to programme / schedule.

· Experience in leading and mentoring a team
