Job Description
The Digital Marketing Associate offers key support across a busy Digital Marketing team. Working with the Head of Digital Marketing and other colleagues, this role will support the business in conceptualising, creating, proofing and publishing key communications across our core channels.
This role offers guidance and experience on social, email and website and tailors communications to our audiences on those channels.
Core Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of our main social channel - Linkedin - and ensure that content posted is in line with the social media strategy.
Conceptualise and create social content tailored to our B2B audience – including written, graphic and video posts.
Manage our Youtube channel, ensuring good governance of the channel and growth in our key audiences.
Foster a welcoming community through commenting and reacting to other posts on Linkedin.
Work with the wider organisation to schedule, create and proof read email communications, using Marketing Cloud.
Support the Head of Digital Marketing in the creation of podcast material.
Support the wider Digital Marketing team with ad hoc content publishing tasks on the PRI website.
Track and report on key channel stats, using social listening tools where relevant, providing recommendations for improvement and benchmarking.
Proactively seek improvements to our ways of working, our content metrics and the systems we use.
Person Specification
Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrable entry level experience in a digital marketing role
A creative flair for creating content that stands out on social
Good organisation skills, ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
Experience in Digital Marketing: email marketing and Linkedin, is essential.
A demonstrable track record of engaging with and growing audiences on B2B channels
A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others, excellent internal relationship management and interpersonal skills
A self starter who is proactive and enjoys joining the dots on problems.
IT/Digital skills (Experience of design and video editing an advantage, social media scheduling and social listening tools, email marketing software – Marketing Cloud an advantage – CMS experience, Microsoft Office)
Some knowledge of responsible investment and finance, as well as B2B marketing an advantage.
Language skills, other than English, are desirable
