8 month term

Opportunity details are as follows:  

Term length: 8 months  

Term start:  January 2024  

Job location:  Denver, Colorado 

Shift schedule:  5 days/week (Monday – Friday), 8 hours/day, potential for part-time as well 

Hybrid Option: Yes, but limited  

Safety sensitive position:  No  

  

Key Accountabilities:  

  • Assist with digitizing and organizing files 

  • Provide support to the Lease Analyst team for file management requests    

  • Support the Lease Analyst team with additional projects as needed 

 

What You Bring to The Role:  

  • Currently enrolled in your 2nd year of an undergraduate degree with a focus in Land or records management. Other relevant degrees will be considered.  

  • Strong attention to detail.  

  • Excellent communicator.  

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.  

  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment and effectively track and manage priorities.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.  

  • The following are considered assets:  

  • Experience with Quorum  

  • Experience with file management systems  

  • Familiarity with Land related documents
