Job Description
This is a paid 8 week internship for students who are graduating in December 2023 or later. We welcome applications from undergraduates as well as masters students.
We are Public Digital, a digital transformation consultancy. We help global institutions that matter to thrive in the internet era. We apply the culture, processes, business models and technologies to help teams build and run excellent services. Working with the leaders doing strategy, and the teams doing delivery, we operate globally, advising companies and governments on six continents.
You will be a full member of the Public Digital team for the summer, joining our regular team meetings, and will meet and work with a wide variety of the Public Digital team and our network of expert digital practitioners. We will provide an enriching and exciting experience for you to learn as well as develop a fascinating insight into how digital transformation impacts how people work. You will form valuable connections within Public Digital and beyond.
Our internship programme is due to start on 26th June and end on 25th August. We have up to 2 positions available.
What you’ll do for us:
You will work as part of one or more of our engagement teams, helping to support our work with clients from around the world. You will be helping with organising meetings and workshops, capturing and communicating information, carrying out independent research and analysis, and contributing to Public Digital’s internal ceremonies. You’ll be offering your expertise and perspective on digital government topics, and helping to draft blog posts, reports or artefacts that support user-centre service design.
What we’re looking for:
A curious interest in digital transformation;
Sharp attention to detail;
Keenness to learn, absorb new experiences and get stuck in;
Confident communicator, succinct in getting your message across;
Initiative and the ability to work independently
Primary and secondary research skills, confident in interviewing experts
Ability to analyse and synthesis complex findings into clear language;
Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage;
Fluent in Spanish would be an advantage;

How we get to know you
