Job Description
Job purpose
To contribute to the delivery of our Education strategy through coordinating the training and deployment of, UKAD’s Education Delivery Network (Educators and National Trainers). This role will include the ongoing organisation of scheduled training and development of the wider Education Delivery Network (EDN) as well as facilitating the relevant quality assurance processes ensuring the EDN maintains high delivery standards.
To coordinate all Education team information and intellectual property, including minute taking, supporting the development of various education and information resources, ensuring that it is reviewed accordingly and remains at the cutting edge of both educational and Anti-Doping practices.
This role will also be responsible for providing administrative support maintaining the high quality of resource and outputs from the Education team through the relevant Quality Management systems.
Specifically, you will be a member of the Education Team who aims to promote and reinforce a culture of clean sport through effective stakeholder communications.
Key result areas
Relationship and People Management
· Develop and maintain supportive relationships with the Education Delivery Network, helping to support their training and continuous professional development (through CPD events) working with the Digital learning and Workforce Manager
· Create and maintain a quality assurance process to ensure a consistently high level of National Trainers and Educators.
· Develop and maintain effective positive relationships with National Trainers to support the development and implementation of education and information programmes
· Respect, seek and listen to the needs of the EDN, experiences and insight to maximise the impact of our programmes and support the process of review for continuous improvement
· Maintain regular contact, communication with the Education Delivery Network
· Support a culture of high customer service where expectations are consistently met
· Support positive working relationships with internal UKAD teams
· Support a high level of customer satisfaction by balancing partners, sports, UKAD and athletes needs and delivering a high level of customer service
· Supporting learners completing the eLearning courses, with password re-sets and general enquiries.
Information Management
· Manage the database for the tracking of athlete education, ensuring data is accurate.
· Manage learner profiles through the Clean Sport Hub.
· Coordinating the preparation and conducting the analysis of learner engagement reports with the Clean Sport Hub
· Coordinating resource and merchandise requests.
· Provide administrative support to the 100%me App, by ensuring content is accurate and up to date including NGB pages making any necessary amendments as required
Programme Development and Implementation
· Coordinate all National Trainer allocations for 100%me, Clean Sport/ Clean Games sessions in conjunction with the Performance Sport Education Manager.
· Supporting learners completing eLearning courses, with password re-sets and general enquiries, as well as undertaking user acceptance/ quality assurance testing for the eLearning modules and/or further developments to the Clean Sport Hub.
· Work closely with the Digital Learning and Workforce Manager and Brand and Events Manager to organise EDN events, such as National Trainer Continuous Professional Development events, including webinars and conferences.
· The point of contact for general education enquiries, including managing the various Education team email inboxes.
Organisational Management
· Contribute to team deliverables, such as the 100%me, Clean Sport/Clean Games sessions and Clean Sport Accreditation visits (universities & colleges)
· Support the Digital Learning and Workforce Manager in assessing risk, budget challenges and viability of programmes, escalating risks in a timely manner
· Engage in, and support the culture of a high performing team through being a positive, motivated and committed individual that demonstrates; creativity, innovation, integrity, honesty and sharing feedback

Person specification
Qualifications/experience/knowledge
• Experience of project management including project development, planning, monitoring and evaluating against agreed milestones
• Experience of supporting organisations to deliver against agreed outcomes
• Experience of working within an education environment or working in an education team in a sport-related industry (desirable)
• Demonstrable experience of team working and ethos of ‘can do’ whilst showing understanding and sensitivity to others’ views and objectives
• Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
• Have a passion for sport and an interest in UKAD activities and the sporting landscape
• Positive attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn, and seek feedback on performance
Skills
• Organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences, including well-developed presentation skills, public speaking experience ideal
• Ability to develop, deliver and evaluate national education and information programmes

Additional information
Working hours are 36 hours a week although flexibility is required in order to ensure core objectives are achieved. Some out-of-hours work, particularly weekend work, conference calls with International colleagues outside of core work hours, and occasional travel, may be required.
