After our success in winning 4 MPs at the last election, and winning our 5th earlier this year, we are now gearing up for the next General Election, aiming to secure even more victories. Our membership and supporters are key to achieving this, and this role will oversee the experience people have when communicating with the party with their queries and support the wider community team with their planning and access.  

As the Supporter Care Officer, you will play a key part in our communities experience when they are having a one to one interaction with the National Party. From members checking their subscriptions, officers needing help navigating the database experience or supporters with questions about our policy.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build something truly special, working with people across the organisation to ensure the Green Party grows in line with it’s ambitions.
