A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to join the SSAFA Community Health Team in Akrotiri.

 

About the role

 

As a Business Support Administrator you would provide a comprehensive Business Support and administrative service to the Speech and Language Therapists across BFC and the Community Health Team, Akrotiri. Duties to include maintaining and setting up new records, obtaining previous records, transfers of records, maintaining databases for SLT and the Community Health Team, filing, photocopying and scanning of documents. Liaising with MOD schools and Early Years settings to arrange rooms for SLTs and appointment schedules. Manage all administration aspects of local and external meetings.

 

 About the team

 

You will be a member of the SSAFA Community Health Team based in Akrotiri, working alongside Speech Therapists, Midwives, Health Visitors, School Nurses, Community Children’s Nurses, CAMHS, Dietitian, Consultant Community Paediatrician and Consultant Paediatric Psychiatrist. The SSAFA Community Health Team work collaboratively with Primary Health care, Education, Social Care and Welfare agencies.

 

 About you

 

To carry out this role successfully you will have Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). You will have good time management skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A valid driving license is essential.
