Summer Student – Workplace Services
4 Month Term Starting May 2024

Opportunity details are as follows:
Term length: 4 months
Term start: May 2024
Job location: Calgary, Alberta
Shift schedule: 5 days/week (Monday – Friday), 8 hours/day
Hybrid Option: No
Safety sensitive position: No
Key Accountabilities:
Reception / Visitor management
Answering and directing all incoming phone calls
Daily break area, office and meeting room maintenance
Managing office maintenance requests
Coordinating deliveries, mail and couriers
Office supply inventory and ordering
Document scanning and mailings
What You Bring to The Role:
Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Office Administration, Human Resources or a related area of study.
Currently on track to graduate in the next two years.
Respect for confidentiality and discretion.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Energetic, positive attitude, and optimistic outlook.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexible and adaptable.
