IT & Facilities Officer
Frontline
- Closing: 10:00am, 28th Oct 2018 GMT
Job Description
Frontline is continuing to grow and expand its impact. As we embark on this new stage in the organisation’s development we are looking to recruit an IT & Facilities Officer. This is a new role for the organisation and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to support the day-to-day running of Frontline’s IT and facilities management for multiple offices across the country. Reporting to the Technology Manager and with first line IT support provided by our outsourced provider, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on delivering a highly responsive, first class service to ensure that our technology and office spaces provide fantastic working environments to our staff. You will also be a key part of the team leading the move and setup of our new London office and National Headquarters in February 2019.
To succeed in this role you will need to be highly organised and enjoy working in a busy, changing environment. You’ll have the initiative and confidence to ask questions in order to work independently and to problem solve. A desire to learn and the ability to pick things up quickly, coupled with a genuine interest in IT, are more important to this role than specific experience. The successful candidate will be offered training, external mentoring and the opportunity to pursue formal professional development.
ApplicationFrontline are committed to developing a diverse group of social workers and managers who reflect the communities they serve and we strive to do the same with our employees! As a result, we are particularly interested in hearing from people who have personal or professional insight and commitment to helping families from ethnically diverse backgrounds or those who are experiencing poverty.
In addition to letting us know about your experience by answering a couple of questions. We would like you to review the paper about our culture of freedom and responsibility and answer a few questions in relation to the role you are applying for.
