Job Description
The Administration Officer, provides administrative support within the Operations directorate and across the wider ICVCM team. The role supports the Senior HR Manager, Business Operations Manager and Operations Director to deliver an effective operational support service, providing a stable platform from which the organisation and its staff can thrive.
The role is varied and covers administration activity for IT, HR, Fundraising, internal events, Procurement and general administration across ICVCM. The Administration Officer – Operations is also responsible for providing Executive Assistant support to the relevant SLT members and cover for the CEO Executive Assistant, including diary and inbox management.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented person looking to grow their skills across IT, HR, procurement, and internal operations in a dynamic SME environment.
This role provides opportunity for a strong generalist administrator to build their skills across a range of business operational disciplines.
