Job Description
BUCS has an exciting opportunity to lead our Football Development Team in the role of Football Development Manager.
Alongside managing key relationships with the FA, the wider membership and relevant stakeholders, the post will line manage our Football Development Team whilst overseeing the Football Accredited Universities operating model and the now internationally recognised FA University Women’s Leadership Programme. You will play a key role in guiding BUCS on the ongoing development and evolution of The FA and BUCS 3-year strategic plan whilst having a clear focus on raising the profile of BUCS Football across Higher Education.
This is a fixed term role to July 2022, with funding expected to continue to 2024.
