Job Description

The People team’s goal is to recruit, develop and retain outstanding people who deliver our important work in improving the lives of vulnerable children and families. We have therefore created a new role in the team to focus on the resourcing and recruitment element of this goal. The People Partner will develop an attraction and recruitment strategy to drive how we resource, attract, select, retain and promote. This will include coming up with innovative ways to attract outstanding people to roles which are challenging to fill, reviewing our current recruitment processes, bringing more diversity into the organisation and working on our employer brand recognition.

The postholder will also work with managers across the organisation in strategic workforce planning through effective business partnering. Alongside the Head of People and existing People Partner, you will offer effective advice and support, serving as the first point of contact for all HR matters and ensuring all line managers meet our expectations and model our culture of Freedom and Responsibility.
