Little Moons are bite-sized, handheld balls of artisan gelato, cheesecake, and ganache wrapped in a soft and chewy rice flour dough, creating a distinctive snack bursting with flavour.
Founded in 2010 by sister-and-brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, Little Moons first found its roots in high-end restaurants. Over the last decade, the brand has transformed retail snacking, with its retail packs sweeping the frozen and chilled categories across grocery and food service.
Little Moons has rapidly established mochi—and frozen and chilled snacking more broadly—across the world. In 2025, we generated more than £50m in revenue, and in 2026 we continue to drive towards high levels of growth. We are also a Certified B Corporation, reflecting our commitment to balancing profit and purpose. This certification places us within a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact, reinforcing our dedication to making a meaningful difference.
We are incredibly proud of the culture we have built at Little Moons. Not to stroke our own egos, but we are a great bunch of people—smart, passionate, interesting, and funny—who work hard to support and live our values, all while keeping our mission front of mind.
The Role:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive - DACH & France at Little Moons, you’ll join a small, collaborative team in Hamburg where sales and marketing work hand in hand. This role sits right at the sweet spot between structure and creativity - blending operational precision with bursts of fresh ideas that keep things exciting.
The focus is on elevating Little Moons across the DACH region and France, in a friendly, professional environment that champions curiosity, drive, and a hands-on approach. There’s plenty of space to learn and grow - from exploring market analysis tools like Nielsen to discovering what makes a campaign truly pop or a pitch stand out.
If variety, ownership, and making a real impact in a fast-growing category sound appealing, this role delivers all that - with a supportive team that loves collaboration, celebrates wins, and knows how to have fun along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
Support the Brand Manager in day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth execution of the 2026 Marketing Plan.
Assist in trade marketing initiatives to strengthen our on-shelf and in-market performance - including the planning and coordination of field force activities and sampling executions.
Contribute to creative development, such as pitch decks, visual assets and campaign materials, making use of AI tools such as Pencil.
Manage essential operational tasks, including sample send-outs, handling customer complaints and supporting basic community management across our social media channels.
Sales
Manage and maintain sales data, including accurate entry, tracking and updates in tools such as Excel.
Analyse market and performance insights and translate them into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
Support in crafting business decks - including story flow, visualisation and translating insights into compelling narratives.
Assist with customer support, especially in coordination with supply chain and internal teams.
Learning & Development
Actively build expertise in market analytics (Nielsen, Focal Data) and storytelling frameworks.
Embrace a broad onboarding with strong guidance from the team, while taking ownership for continuous learning and development.
Bring a proactive, curious mindset - experimenting, think things through, contribute ideas, help shape them.
Essential Requirements:
A proactive, curious personality - someone who experiments, thinks ahead, brings ideas to the table and enjoys shaping solutions.
Strong willingness to learn and develop, including building knowledge in market research and AI-supported tools (e.g., Nielsen, Pencil).
A mix of creativity and organisation - able to develop ideas and bring them to life in a structured way.
Fluent in German and English.
Solid Office skills and confidence working with digital tools.
Based in Hamburg (area) or willing to work predominantly from our Hamburg office.
