About the team

We are currently a team of 20 coming from a diverse range of backgrounds – charity sector, agency and the corporate world. We are proud of the partnerships that we develop, we work hard to keep these partnerships fresh and mutually beneficial in an ever-changing world.

Flexible and agile working is embraced; we recognise that life involves juggling priorities, and you don’t need to be in the office every day to do your best work. We work hard and strongly believe in building a strong team ethos to support each other; we celebrate birthdays, enjoy social activities and make the most of being next door to the Olympic Park and all the facilities that brings.

Purpose of Role

We firmly believe that companies can play a crucial role in changing the world for children; we’re motivated by this and are working in increasingly diverse and integrated ways with our partners to make this change a reality. We’re doing that through shared value partnerships; it’s about more than financial investment, we’re calling on their skills, expertise and in-kind support to accelerate change for children.

We’re ambitious, we have high targets and big plans. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working collaboratively, developing strong relationships and inspiring and motivating fundraisers. You will have a track record of providing support to maintain and build on existing fundraising.
