About the Role
We’re seeking a highly creative and self-motivated Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator to execute content across owned marketing channels for our brand portfolio. You’ll be responsible for driving our content strategy, owning the social media calendar, and contributing to content creation. This role is based in NYC and reports to our Creative Director.
Responsibilities
Execute posting and community management across brand social channels
Creation of our social media calendar, inclusive of planning weekly content in line with the annual marketing calendar, with partnership from the Brand Marketing Managers and Creative Director
Own writing of engaging captions and overlays for all social content
As an expert in Instagram and TikTok, self-produce, capture, and edit content from tips and tricks to hilarious antics, your creative storytelling techniques will keep our audiences hooked and solidify our brand's position in the spotlight
Manage and source compelling UGC creators, expertly briefing them to produce captivating content that enriches and elevates our ever-growing content library
Be a trailblazer in the world of social media by fearlessly experimenting with different content strategies on ever-evolving platforms. Your finger will be on the pulse of the latest trends and viral sensations, finding innovative ways to shape our brand's online presence and leave a lasting impact
Own the realm of social analytics, analyzing content performance with a discerning eye. You'll track audience growth and engagement on a weekly basis, leveraging this invaluable insight to make data-driven decisions and adjust our strategy as needed, all in pursuit of social media greatness
About You
2+ years of professional experience in marketing, social media management, and/or influencer management
Have a portfolio/reel/writing samples that show off your past work
Dynamic and charismatic performer, equally comfortable in front of and behind the camera
Exceptional writing skills, crafting compelling narratives and captivating dialogue
Proficient in video editing, transforming raw footage into polished masterpieces using tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects, as well as Instagram and TikToks in-app editors
Creative force, constantly pushing boundaries with diverse styles and formats
Strong time management, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines without compromising quality
Deep understanding of visual storytelling and its impact on branding
Passionate about continuous improvement, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques

This is a full time position with an hourly range between $28 - $31.25 per hour.
