Executive Assistant
ICVCM
- Closing: 12:01pm, 4th Apr 2025 BST
Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide a high level of administrative support to the CEO, Chair of Governing Board, and the wider Governing Board and senior Leadership team.
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO, providing proactive support, ensuring that allocation of time is managed in accordance with priorities, and that the CEO and Chair have the information and materials they need to prepare for their commitments.
The Executive Assistant will often be the first point of contact for new stakeholders, and will therefore have the opportunity to make a great first impression on the ICVCM’s behalf; a drive to form strong working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders is vital to support proactive problem solving and priority management. A keen interest in and desire to work towards the vision and mission of the ICVCM will help the Executive Assistant to understand and support the CEO’s operating framework.
It is essential that you have previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role (likely to be 3+ years); you may have worked for a CEO, or you may be ready to step up to this level. You will need to be familiar with coordinating complex schedules and working across multiple time zones. As this is a fully remote role, we are heavily reliant on Microsoft Office, and you will therefore need a high level of competence in Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint. You will also need professionalism and excellent attention to detail, demonstrated through a high quality of written English and your ability to adapt to the "voice" of the different people you are supporting.

Please note: we may close this role early if we receive a high volume of applicants, so please apply as soon as possible if you plan to do so.
We are a fully remote organisation, and can consider candidates based in most locations with a reasonable working overlap with the UK. For candidates outside the UK, salaries are adjusted based on local market rates.
