  • Coordinating campaign communications, working collaboratively with project teams and pitching in where needed to support the wider team. No task is too big or too small.

  • Manage Hubbub’s live presence on social media, responding to and instigating two-way conversations with interesting accounts, questions, and comments we receive to build engagement & brand affinity.

  • Manage Hubbub’s core email inbox, making the most of all enquiries to maximise Hubbub’s impact and new opportunities.

  • Supporting the set-up of paid ads across Hubbub’s social media and digital advertising accounts including Google and Microsoft Ads, Facebook / IG ads etc.

  • Monitoring the impact of our communications and gathering insights using tools like google analytics, Hotjar and internal monitoring from social media platforms.

  • Lead on uploading and optimising content to the Hubbub website, making sure it creatively communicates and reflects Hubbub’s campaigns, content and key messages.

  • Supporting the development of relationships with external content collaborators to grow our audience and amplify our content.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A passion for engaging and communicating with people in a way that’s sociable, playful and knowledgeable, and is rooted in insights based on evidence.

  • Excellent written communications, including writing playful and engaging copy for websites and social media.
