DC Advisory is delighted to open applications for DC Academy 2024 – a unique in-house mentoring programme, aiming to help level out the playing field and improve the range of junior talent entering investment banking.

No previous experience or educational background in finance are required. The only requirement is a passion for the world of finance and the intention to apply to our Summer Intern or Analyst Programmes.

As a mentee, you will get a rare insight into DC Advisory that will greatly improve your knowledge and confidence when applying for Intern or Graduate roles in September 2024.

Mentees will benefit from:

• 1 key contact and 1 key team assigned for the duration of the programme.

• Regular catch ups with various team members: learn about DC Advisory and its people, investment banking, M&A / Debt Advisory & Restructuring, ask plenty of questions, and get a sense of what a life of an Analyst would be like.

• Opportunity to network further and speak to people from different teams within the business.

• Opportunity to spend some time in the office (anywhere between a day and 2 weeks, depending on your availability).
