    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Believes in using the power of money to build a sustainable and equitable world

    • Has 2-3 years of experience in brand and/or graphic design

    • Is highly proficient in digital design tools including the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

    • Is proficient in (or open to learning more about) Figma 

    • Is eager to learn, experiment, try new tools and refine their design thinking processes 

It would be great if you also had (Optional):

  • Basic video editing experience 

  • Basic motion graphic experience (even GIFing is a huge plus)

    As the Graphic Designer you will:

  • Work with the senior designer to support the visual expression of our brands in engaging and creative ways

  • Bring campaigns, ads, landing pages, member communications and internal communications to life with the support of our creative and marketing teams
