An experienced site Formwork Manager looking for your next challenge?
We are recruiting for a Formwork Manager to join our team based in Wembley.
Reporting into our Plant Director, this individual will be key in managing and supervising our sites formwork requirements (initial site requests through to design and review), monitoring external hires by sites to maximise asset utilisation, holding P&L area accountability.
Tasks will also include ensuring high quality control, reporting, working collaboratively and building strong relationships with our internal teams and external suppliers - providing efficient and effective support for our projects.
About you
You will have demonstrable formwork site experience, possess effective communication skills, proven ability to work to stringent deadlines, and be able demonstrable initiative in presenting new ideas and solutions. Full Driving Licence.
About the role
The Formwork Manager will be responsible for controlling all site formwork requests to review and design, manage all Formwork supply chain tenders, managing off and on hires and P&L area accountability. Additionally, ensuring high quality control including servicing and testing, reporting on any Non Conformance aligned with agreed time lines whilst working closely with the hire desk to drive business development and drive process enhancements.
