Role Overview: As a Senior Advisor, you will oversee projects within our Climate, Energy, and Environment team. Your work will cover areas like Net Zero, energy efficiency, low-carbon technology, water efficiency, sustainable diets, food waste reduction, wildlife conservation, and sustainable transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Apply behavioural science to climate and environmental challenges.

• Develop effective Net Zero policies and strategies for public engagement.

• Support wildlife NGOs in combating illegal wildlife consumption.

• Expand our work into new areas and collaborate with international teams.

• Manage and develop junior staff, ensuring their growth and performance.

• Develop proposals, lead business development, and manage client relationships.

• Contribute to thought leadership in climate resilience and biodiversity.

Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in climate, energy, and environmental policy.

• Application of behavioural science to environmental challenges.

• Strong communication skills for explaining complex topics clearly.

• Experience managing projects and developing talent.

• Ability to scope projects and secure new business opportunities.

• Solid understanding of statistical reasoning, including randomised controlled trials.
