If so, join the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) as a Senior Advisor in London or Manchester.
Role Overview: As a Senior Advisor, you will oversee projects within our Climate, Energy, and Environment team. Your work will cover areas like Net Zero, energy efficiency, low-carbon technology, water efficiency, sustainable diets, food waste reduction, wildlife conservation, and sustainable transport.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Apply behavioural science to climate and environmental challenges.
Develop effective Net Zero policies and strategies for public engagement.
Support wildlife NGOs in combating illegal wildlife consumption.
Expand our work into new areas and collaborate with international teams.
Manage and develop junior staff, ensuring their growth and performance.
Develop proposals, lead business development, and manage client relationships.
Contribute to thought leadership in climate resilience and biodiversity.
Skills and Experience:
Expertise in climate, energy, and environmental policy.
Application of behavioural science to environmental challenges.
Strong communication skills for explaining complex topics clearly.
Experience managing projects and developing talent.
Ability to scope projects and secure new business opportunities.
Solid understanding of statistical reasoning, including randomised controlled trials.
