About the role
In this role, you will work with clients to create lasting and measurable value and improve the way they work. In this role, you will be involved in:
Assisting with large scale, complex engagements and working in direct collaboration with the Partners;
Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams working across diverse projects;
Engaging in project design, direction and management;
Delivering client workshops and presentations;
Assisting with planning activity including approach definition, work breakdown, sequencing and milestone definition; and
Executing projects, including research, consultation, analysis, synthesis and development of project deliverables.
We would like you to have:
A professional background in consulting, accounting, economics, finance, law, IT or related practical fields;
Enrolled in or partially completed relevant qualifications (e.g. CA, JD, CFA);
Prior experience in a large corporate environment (desirable);
Experience in at least one of our practice areas – project management, analytics and reporting, strategic planning, program evaluation, ICT and infrastructure;
Strong attention to detail;
Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal, communication skills and advanced Microsoft Suite skills;
The ability to work effectively in a team and interact with senior-level client personnel; and
An interest in learning and developing, willing to give and receive feedback and bring a positive, self-motivated approach to the role.
