We are recruiting 4 talented leadership coaches to deliver 1-to-1 coaching sessions to Consultant Social Workers (CSWs).

We currently lack racial diversity in our coaching pool and want our organisation to better reflect the communities we serve. Therefore, we are actively seeking applicants from Black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) backgrounds for these roles.

We are looking for BAME coaches based within London, South West, North East and the Midlands regions of England, who are driven and inspired by the opportunity to develop CSWs, in order to improve the lives of children and families. 

Each coach will work with approximately 5 Consultant Social Workers (CSWs) for a total of 6 hours per participant between November 2020 to August 2021.
