Job Description
We’re looking for someone passionate about applying behavioural insights to improve outcomes for individuals and organisations.
Most of our team have a degree in economics, psychology, or research methods, or a background in government policymaking. This, however, isn’t a requirement for the role. For all applicants, an understanding of the behavioural science literature is preferable, and if you are passionate and knowledgeable about this field we encourage you to apply.

About the RoleAs an Associate Advisor, you will:
- Assist in the design and delivery of projects across a broad range of policy areas.
- Develop expertise in BI-relevant policy knowledge and/or research methodology.
- Prepare content for and attend client meetings.
- Deliver training and presentations.
- Conduct background research.
- Prepare draft policy papers, trial checklists, ideas notes, and literature reviews.
In addition, as we are high empirical, your role will also involve evaluating our ideas so we can be confident that they are effective and worth scaling up.
Lastly, although the role is challenging, we provide a supportive environment where you can develop your skills and knowledge in this fast-evolving field. We also offer flexible working arrangements and other policies to ensure the health and wellbeing of everyone on the team.
