Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Policy and Public Affairs Manager to work as part of our small but impactful policy team to influence youth employment policy using the best available evidence of what works. This involves: continuing to strengthen our reputation among policymakers and key external stakeholders by sharing key evidence resources and contributing to YFF thought leadership; utilising our research and evidence to influence the national debate on youth employment; using insights from policy knowledge and relationships to inform future research and evaluation decisions; building advocacy and support for a what works programme for youth employment.  This will involve working closely with internal stakeholders across all teams to bring together our research, investment and evaluation activity in key focus areas to ensure we’re joining the dots and maximising opportunities to develop evidence-based policy recommendations.

This role can be based at any of our hubs located in London, Birmingham or Leeds.  We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

For the application process, you will be asked to upload a CV and complete a personal statement. If your personal statement exceeds the 250 word limit, you have the option to upload additional content with your CV in one document.
