The B Lab Benelux team is part of B Lab Europe. The Benelux B Corp Community is scaling rapidly, as the demand for B Corp certification and interest in impact management tools and programs across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg is fast growing.
B Lab Benelux is a young, innovative, and open-minded team, working with strong dedication and a contagious drive to contribute to B Lab’s mission and vision.
The B Corp Engagement & Impact team is responsible for B Corp relations, ensuring that B Corps are engaged in, and satisfied with their certification. The team also develops opportunities to share knowledge and examples among B Corps to drive continuous improvement of their impact.

About the role:
B Lab Benelux is looking for a Sr. B Corp Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This person supports the B Corp Engagement Lead in being B Lab Benelux’s official point of contact for the vast majority of Benelux B Corps.Responsibilities include driving and tracking engagement of B Corps, helping organize community events, and providing operational support. Reports to the B Corp Impact & Engagement Lead.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Community Engagement & Events
Help organize and deliver B Corp community-related events, sessions, workshops, etc. (webinars, B Corp Community Events, CEO Dinner, etc.)
Assist the Engagement Lead with answering requests & inquiries from the Dutch B Corp community
Drive engagement and reply to B Corp requests on the online B Corp community platform
Collective Action / B Corp Learning & Action Groups
Working with the Engagement Lead to identify opportunities for setting up new B Corp learning & action groups
Take part in and report back on developments within the existing B Corp learning & action groups (e.g. Fashion, Diversity & Inclusion)
Regional B Corp Community Development
Working together with our Impact Programs Coordinator to create a regional B Corp community strategy for NL/BE
Together with the Impact Programs Coordinator responsible for the oversight, account management, and community building of the regional B Corp communities
Data Analytics & Operational Support
Assisting the Engagement Lead and wider team with operational and data analytics-related tasks
Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:
2-3 years of relevant professional experience
Customer focus, excellence in building relationships with customers and stakeholders
Experience in using CRM Systems preferred
Good written and oral communication skills in both English (fluent) and Dutch (fluent)
Strong organizational, prioritization, and administrative skills
Person Specification:

A quick learner who is comfortable t in dealing with cases with diverging interests
Gets energy from talking to a culturally diverse group of people, both inside B Lab and within the B Corp community of businesses

What we offer:
Indicative salary range EUR €41.000 - €46.000 gross per year (incl holiday allowance and dependent on relevant experience)
25 days of holiday plus additional days off over the end-of-year holiday period
