Like all consulting firms, we are only as good as our people. To continue our strong growth, we are looking to recruit an Office Manager & Executive Assistant for our London office of ~ 115 people.

The role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth-running of the London office, as well as providing EA support to some of the senior team. It is a hands-on and varied position, juggling a wide range of tasks. Due to the Office Management side of the role, you are required to be based in the office full-time. We have a close-knit, international support team of seven Executive Assistants and Office Managers who you would be working with on a daily basis.

Office Manager duties

Responsible for the smooth-running of the office:

  • Maintaining a first-class office environment

  • Managing front-of-house duties (e.g. welcoming clients and taking deliveries)

  • Ensuring the meeting rooms are presentable at all times and arranging refreshments for external meetings, e.g. teas, coffees, lunch order deliveries

  • Being the to go-to person for the London based team

  • Playing a key role in creating a happy & motivated office environment

  • Answering main phone line and redirecting calls as necessary

  • Liaising with contractors and the building management team

  • Arranging office celebrations

  • Keeping stock of and ordering office supplies

  • Replenishing office fruit / snacks

  • Performing administrative tasks such as printing, report binding

  • Performing the basic-level duties required of an office Health & Safety representative, and acting as office fire warden and first aider alongside the rest of the support team

EA duties

  • Complex diary management of busy schedules

  • Liaising with clients to set up meetings for senior teams

  • Booking travel arrangements and hotels

  • Booking restaurants in London and further afield for internal and client entertainment

  • Inputting your senior team’s timesheets & expenses

  • Collating and input CRM data from your senior teams

  • Ad hoc personal support for senior team, when needed

  • Providing cover for other EAs during sickness and holidays
