Role Summary

Anthesis is actively seeking an ambitious and passionate Client Solutions Junior Consultant to assist a newly developed Client Discovery (pre-sales) team; supporting both the UK and North American markets.

As part of the operations team and reporting to the Client Discovery Director, your role will be wide-reaching full of learning opportunities. Working closely with the Marketing team in both regions and supporting the in-bound leads generation function across multiple channels, you will analyse opportunities and support our experts across the business through proposal development and sales materials organisation.

You will play a key part in creating a more systematic and efficient approach to growing our client base and overall business. The role will provide exposure to client engagement, proposal writing and opportunities analysis.  You will play a key part in creating a more systematic and efficient approach to growing our client base and overall business.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal support

·       Supporting teams/communities to design and complete proposals generated from new lead qualifications

·       Developing and designing “best in class” proposal templates and client materials

·       Managing proposal processes with strong communications and organisational abilities

·       Supporting RFP (Request for Proposal) efficiencies and activities

·       Providing quality control and consistency for all relevant proposal submissions

Lead(s) Development and Management

·       Support lead generation from in-bound enquiries, webinars, website downloads and conferences


Tracking and reporting

·       Manage a database of leads, status, services of interest, market intelligence, etc.

·       Report on outcomes and attribution, understanding which factors contributed to successful outcomes

·       Develop a dashboard outlining sales trends in the UK and North American business over time with insights into growth areas for new leads and future clients

 

In addition to ambition, a passion for sustainability and a natural analytical capability, the ideal candidate will have:

·       Excellent interpersonal ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders

·       Previous proposal (or similar) writing experience is essential

·       Confident and comfortable with systems and data management  

·       Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

·       Demonstrated proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel

·       Ability to think and work independently, while also being an enthusiastic and proactive colleague
